Are your products designed or made in New Zealand?

We are proud to say every item available at Stellar & Me is designed AND made right here in New Zealand!

How long will it take to receive my purchase?

We aim to have our products dispatched as soon as possible however sometimes there are delays, you should expect your purchase within 10 working days. 

Please take note in item description if your order is on pre order or made to order (depending on how busy Ally & Eva are, sometimes these are made to order while she catches up!) these items will take 3-5 weeks to arrive in store.

Can I exchange my purchase?

We are happy to exchange your item if the sizing is incorrect, the product is to be returned in its original unworn condition.

* Additional costs are for the customer.

* Item sizing may not always be in stock, choose your sizing carefully.

What if my purchase is faulty?

We aim to provide the best quality clothing, sometimes there may be manufacturing damages, please contact us at stellarandme2019@gmail.com to arrange a return of damaged unworn products.

* Refunds are available if the item is returned within 10 working days and in its original unworn condition.

How long do I have to return an item?

We offer a refund for items purchased at full price and are returned to us within 10 working days that you have received your order. Outside this time a store credit will be available.

How do I track my order?

All items are delivered with Pass The Parcel, make sure you check your emails for your tracking number when your purchase has been dispatched. A tracking number can take 1-3 days to be loaded into the system.
